I recently had to drop my Range Rover off for a software upgrade. This was my first visit to Jaguar Land Rover in Langley. I was very happy with the whole experience. The building itself is inviting, free coffee etc. and Ruth Sanjana who was my service advisor was so friendly and helpful and made the experience wonderful for me, she even found me a loaner Rover for the few hours I had to wait. Also they provide you with a detailed inspection report including a video which I thought was a really nice touch. The free wash and interior clean was also a nice addition to my service experience. I will definitely return for regular maintenance and repairs in the future.

Amazing Experience! Had a fantastic experience at Jaguar Land Rover Langley with my used car purchase! Karn and Brian were super helpful throughout the entire process. Karn was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Brian also supported me with everything I needed on the financing side. I had the pleasure of purchasing a Defender 110 from Jaguar Land Rover Langley last year, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My journey to finding the perfect vehicle was not easy—I visited multiple Land Rover dealerships and felt increasingly frustrated with my search. Just when I was about to lose hope, I came across Terry, and what seemed like a small drop of water in my dry search turned into a flowing river that ultimately led me to my dream car. At first, I was considering a Range Rover Evoque, and Terry took the time to explain all the features over the phone. Since he wasn’t available on Sundays, he kindly referred me to his colleague Luping, who was incredibly professional and patient. Luping gave me a thorough introduction to all the available models, from the Evoque to the highest Range Rover trim levels. Time flew by, and after spending three hours exploring my options, he provided detailed quotations and encouraged me to take my time deciding. When I reconnected with Terry, he asked me a simple but powerful question: “Have you chosen your dream car?” That was the moment I realized—while I originally thought I’d go with an Evoque, I could actually afford something more luxurious and capable than I had imagined. My final choice was the Defender 110—a vehicle that checked every box for me in terms of safety, performance, and style. Terry then introduced me to Gurge, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to explore every possible solution to make my dream a reality. His efforts were invaluable, and he played a crucial role in finalizing everything to meet my needs perfectly. The decision to go with a Land Rover Defender was deeply personal. I had been in a life-threatening accident, where my Mitsubishi Eclipse rolled off the road, and thankfully, I survived. That experience made me prioritize safety more than ever, and I knew I needed a vehicle that offered top-tier protection. The Defender was the perfect choice, and I am beyond grateful to the team for guiding me through the process. I had an excellent experience with Jaguar Langley. I recently purchased a Jaguar F pace with the help of Jay, And it was not a typical transaction as I am from out of province. I purchased the vehicle without ever visiting the dealership, and Jay was great to share a lot of close-up pictures, videos, and comparable vehicles until we landed on the one to do the deal. I had a lot of back-and-forth questions and all were answered promptly. There were some special taxation considerations and some patience the team had to have while I arranged for shipping. At time of shipping, they also sent me a video of it being loaded onto the truck. All in all, I was a little nervous to buy a vehicle completely over phone and email but it was the right spec and right price. Thanks again to Jay and the team for the good experience!
