Ruth and team provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Her kind, upbeat personality made her a pleasure to deal with, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. She got me in right away to address my battery issue, arranged an Uber so I could take care of other things while the testing was underway, and kept me updated throughout the process. The entire experience was quick and seamless, while having my battery replaced under warranty was the icing on the cake. It was my first visit, and the experience was shockingly better than the other Jaguar Land Rover dealerships. It’s hands down the best. There’s truly no reason to go anywhere else.
