I bought a Defender from them in 2024 and they raise the bar for exceptional service each visit. Had the Defender serviced recently and was stressing since its a busy time at work and drop off and pick up seemed quite the task. The had the car picked up, called me with information about the service and what was due, explained the invoice I would receive and had a beautifully cleaned and serviced vehicle dropped off in time. And did I mention -I got a video from them explaining the health of the vehicle while it in the service shop. 10/10 for the experience.
Ruth and team provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Her kind, upbeat personality made her a pleasure to deal with, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. She got me in right away to address my battery issue, arranged an Uber so I could take care of other things while the testing was underway, and kept me updated throughout the process.
The entire experience was quick and seamless, while having my battery replaced under warranty was the icing on the cake. It was my first visit, and the experience was shockingly better than the other Jaguar Land Rover dealerships. It’s hands down the best. There’s truly no reason to go anywhere else.
